Elder Law & Estate Attorneys
Real Estate Support for You & Your Clients
Elder law and estate attorneys can speak directly with Andrew when a client needs help with a property decision in Suffolk County. Lewis Realty Group provides seller representation, buyer representation, and real estate advisory services. Andrew works directly with you and your client to understand the property, discuss the available options, and agree on the work.
Your Client’s Circumstances
When Property Expertise Can Help
A move, a change in care needs, or the administration of an estate may raise questions about selling, buying, or keeping a property. Your client may be deciding what to do with an inherited home, managing maintenance or tenants, or looking for a property that better suits their needs.
Andrew can help review market information, prepare a property for sale, or evaluate a purchase. An advisory engagement can address specific property questions before your client decides on a transaction. We work with single-family homes, multifamily buildings, mixed-use buildings, and vacant land.
How We Work
From the First Conversation
Discuss the Client’s Needs
With your client’s permission, share the property or decision they are considering, their priorities, and any timing that matters. Andrew reviews the information with you and discusses how representation or advice could help.
Agree on the Work
Andrew explains the services, responsibilities, fees, and terms of the brokerage engagement. Your client can ask questions and learn how representation or advice would support their plans before engaging Lewis Realty Group.
Coordinate the Next Steps
Andrew keeps you and your client informed and follows up on outstanding questions. For a sale or purchase, he coordinates the brokerage work with you and the attorney handling the transaction, staying involved through closing.
Working Together
A Direct Line to Andrew
You can begin with a conversation about the property or the questions your client is weighing. With your client’s permission, Andrew can continue through you or speak with them directly. He agrees with you on who should be involved and how updates should be shared.
Andrew handles the representation or advisory work agreed with your client. When a sale or purchase is involved, you or the attorney handling the transaction will provide legal advice and review the contract before your client signs. Andrew coordinates the brokerage work with counsel and the other professionals involved.
What to Share Initially
- The property’s location and type, or what your client is looking for
- Your client’s priorities, timing, and the questions they want to explore
- Who should be included in the conversation
You are welcome to get acquainted before a client needs help. Andrew is glad to learn about your practice and discuss when he may be a useful contact.
Other Introductions
Other professionals and people making a personal introduction are welcome to contact Andrew as well. With the person’s permission, share the property or real estate question they would like to discuss.
A Separate Option
When a Direct Purchase May Fit
If your client wants to consider a sale without first marketing the property, Andrew can discuss a potential purchase by Lewis Equity Group. Our affiliated investment company acts as the buyer, using its own capital. That role is separate from brokerage representation, and Andrew explains the arrangement before your client decides how to proceed.
