Andrew helps you clarify what you are looking for, compare properties, and review the information available. He identifies questions to investigate before an offer and helps you prepare and negotiate its terms. As the purchase moves forward, he stays in touch with you, your attorney, and the other professionals involved.
Real Estate Advisory
You may want advice before deciding to buy, sell, lease, or change how a property is used. Andrew helps you review market information, weigh your options, and identify questions that need a closer look. You agree together on what the advice will cover, without needing to commit to a listing or purchase.
