Personal Representation, from Search to Closing

For Buyers

Whether you met Andrew at an open house or are beginning your search, you are welcome to get in touch. He helps you evaluate properties, prepare an offer, and understand the decisions ahead.

Start Where You Are

Whether you are buying your first home, a second home, an investment property, or land, Andrew starts with your plans, budget, and timing. You work with him personally throughout the search and purchase.

He arranges showings, accompanies you to open houses, and helps evaluate each property’s condition, available records, and fit with your plans.

Our property focus includes single-family homes, multi-family buildings, mixed-use buildings, and vacant land across Long Island, New York.

Your Purchase

From Search to Closing

  1. Prepare for the Search

Discuss your goals, timing, budget, and financing plans. Andrew can facilitate an introduction to a lender for pre-approval and help you understand how financing affects the properties and terms you consider.

  2. Look Beyond the Listing

Visit properties and discuss their condition, available information, and fit with your plans. Andrew helps you organize questions and determine where an inspection, municipal inquiry, or other professional review may be useful.

  3. Make a Considered Offer

Review comparable property information, discuss price and terms, and decide what you are comfortable offering. Andrew prepares and submits your offer, communicates with the seller’s side, and negotiates as you direct.

  4. Inspection and Contract Review

Andrew helps arrange the inspection and supplies the agreed offer information to the attorneys. He follows up on property questions and communicates the next steps. Your own attorney provides legal advice and reviews the contract before you sign.

  5. Financing Through Closing

As the purchase progresses, Andrew follows up with your lender, coordinates appraisal access, and keeps you informed about outstanding items. He arranges the final walkthrough and closing details with your attorney. The agreed terms determine which steps and conditions apply.

Before We Begin

Working Together

Andrew explains what representation includes, the responsibilities involved, and the compensation terms before work begins. There is no initial consultation fee. Brokerage compensation is agreed in advance and paid when the sale closes.

You choose your own attorney, lender, and other professionals. Andrew can make introductions where helpful and works with the people you select. You do not need to have those arrangements in place to ask an initial question.
